For years, I worked in events, where a glass of champagne was simply part of the atmosphere.

I loved the ritual. The sound of a bottle opening. The beautiful glassware. The conversations that followed. The feeling that certain moments deserved something special in your hand.

Then I became interested in longevity.

The more attention I paid to what I ate, what I drank and how I wanted to feel the next day, the more I began questioning what was in my glass too.

What surprised me was how little I genuinely looked forward to drinking.

I was not searching for another non alcoholic alternative. I wanted the bubbles, the elegance and the sense of occasion, but in a drink created for the way I wanted to live.

So I created SØRA.

Built around rare Silver Needle white tea, slowly brewed with botanicals and functional ingredients, it became the drink I had been looking for myself.

Something refined enough for a celebration, fresh enough for lunch and considered enough to become part of a modern wellbeing ritual.
